Birds on a Branch Address Plaque

You decide the Metal Finish, Type Style (Raised or Recessed), Size, and Message. We do the rest and ship your order within two weeks.  Key style mounting hardware is pre-installed on this plaque and on all wall hung signs and plaques. A template and screws are also supplied making hanging a breeze.

Sizes -

• Up to three numbers - 1" thick, numbered area is 12"H x 4"W and the bird branch is approx. 12" wide - numbers are 3.25" height
  
• Up to five numbers - 1" thick, numbered area is 20"H x 4"W and the bird branch is approx. 12" wide - numbers are 3.25" height

We can easily extend the area for the numbers to accommodate any number of numbers or letters for that matter. Send us an email request for pricing and a proof.

Our signs and plaques won't rust, rot, fade and are unaffected by UV.

***Note Optional Hanger Style - No selection is required unless you desire something other than the standard keyhole style mounting. Mounting using a stake requires a purchase of one of our stakes on this page so that we know where to place the screw inserts. Threaded eyelet would require a purchase of one of our brackets for hanging or we will install the eyebolts appropriately.
