1. Introduction

Atlas Signs and Plaques specializes in custom-made, high-quality plaques designed to meet your unique needs. This service agreement outlines the terms and conditions that apply when you place an order with us. By confirming your order, you accept the terms stated here.

2. Products and Services

We offer a wide range of custom plaques, signage, and related services. Each item is crafted individually, and slight variations in materials, finishes, or design elements are part of the handmade nature of our products. We do our best to match your design, but small variations may occur, and these are not considered defects.

3. Ordering Process

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information regarding the specifications of your desired plaque, including text, dimensions, and finish options. Proofs are only provided upon request or if we determine that the design specifications are unclear. If a proof is necessary, we will create and send a digital version for your review. Production will not begin until the proof is approved. Once the proof is approved, changes to the design will not be accepted without additional fees.

4. Proofing Policy

Proofs are only provided under the circumstances outlined above. If you request a proof, it is your responsibility to review it carefully. Delays in proof approval may impact production times.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal. All prices listed on the site are subject to change without notice, and any price changes will be communicated before you place your order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free in the continental USA unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to choose the preferred shipping method for your order. Atlas Signs and Plaques is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance (if applicable). We take great care in packaging your order, but if damage occurs during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note that if a package is stolen after it has been delivered, Atlas Signs and Plaques is not responsible for the loss. We recommend using secure delivery locations or services to ensure safe receipt.

8. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins. We do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect that was not evident in the proof approval. In the case of a defect, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
