Sign Letters and Logos Options

METAL ON ACRYLIC INTERIOR

We use .030 solid Chemetal sheets of aluminum that have been treated to provide your desired finish. These sheets are then laminated onto your choice of one of many acrylic colors. Once the sheets are laminated, they are router cut using precision CNC equipment to provide the best mechanical cut possible.

  • Minimum size – 3”
  • Precision CNC cut edges
  • 12 standard pigmented colors
  • 8 standard thicknesses
  • Maximum single piece – 46” x 95”

Metal Face on Acrylic

METAL OR ACRYLIC FACE ON FOAM

We use .030 solid metal sheets of aluminum that have been treated to provide your desired finish or our own extruded 1/8” thick acrylic. These sheets are then laminated onto a rigid high density foam with a .030” ABS backer. Once the sheets are laminated, they are router cut using precision CNC equipment to provide the best mechanical cut possible.

  • Maximum single piece – 46” x 46”
  • Minimum size – 4”
  • Larger letters / logos available as multi-piece
  • 6 standard foam depths
