Shipping and Returns
At Atlas Signs and Plaques, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure your custom-made signs are delivered securely and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping and returns policies.
Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within the continental USA unless otherwise specified. This applies to orders shipped via our preferred carriers and methods.
- Shipping Method: We will select the best shipping method for your order based on size, weight, and destination. Our chosen carrier may vary depending on these factors.
- Delivery Times: Production times and estimated shipping times can be found in our FAQ section. Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping options.
- Shipping Outside the Continental USA: For locations outside the continental USA, including Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout. The total price will be displayed before you enter your credit card information, so there’s no need to contact us for a custom quote.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.
- Damage During Shipping: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue and file any necessary claims with the shipping carrier.
Returns and Cancellations Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a defect in workmanship or material.
Returns for Defects
- If your item is defective due to a manufacturing issue, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you or refund your money.
- Defects must be documented with photographs and details to assist in the claims process.
Cancellations
Once an order is approved and moves “In Production,” it can no longer be canceled or changed. However, if your order is still in the preflight or proofing stage, it may be canceled, subject to the following conditions and fees:
- Same-Day Cancellations: Orders placed, paid for, and canceled before 4 p.m. MT on the same day are eligible for a full refund or store credit for future orders.
- After the Same Day: A cancellation fee of 3.5% of the full order amount will apply.
- Please note that any design or proof fees will not be refunded once the design or proofing process has begun.
Making Changes to Your Order
If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once production has started on your plaque, changes are generally not possible without incurring additional charges. If you discover a mistake after receiving your plaque, we will work with you to make necessary corrections, but additional costs may apply depending on the situation.
If you need to make changes, it’s best to contact us immediately before your plaque enters production.
